Traditional Recognition

It also brings a sense of healthy competition into the workplace, which adds energy and excitement to employees’ day-to-day experience.

Gamification allows you to reward employees as they reach company goals by assigning challenges or missions and letting them redeem points for rewards they actually enjoy.
