Employees carry values with them to the workplace and beyond to their wider societal lives which they then bring back every Monday morning.

Those values which do not align with the individual and collective (shared) employee mindset will cause problems down the line, no matter how evolved a business practice may appear. The collective and individual minds are to be met with curiosity.

When employees are shaken up and out of a too-mundane operating model they naturally create solutions to return to a sense of normalcy. This energy can be leveraged and harnessed to align employee values with business objectives all while building a sense of cultural balance at every level of the organization.
