Gamification Linked to Productivity

Productivity is likely to increase when a recognition and rewards platform is thought of as a gamified workplace experience, according to The Predictive Index.

A platform accessed by everyone within an organization, including leaders and employees, can create competition surrounding daily goals. Employees feel motivated by the spirit of competition and the end goal of tangible rewards and experiences.

Gamified rewards and recognition programs are an objective system, omitting performance motivated by individual bosses or leaders for personal gain.

A rewards system in and of itself is also a built-in marketing asset for companies looking to attract top talent.
